The best logistic company
I could go into details of my saga trying to work with this company on delivering an item I purchased a month ago, but, after 5+ hours in the phone, I’m exhausted. DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
Horrible customer service! I was hung up on more than 3 times. Website tracking information is inconsistent. 1st update was for a Friday. (No show!), 2nd update via phone was that the item was delayed until Wednesday, 3rd update via web, shows delivery delayed until Tuesday! FAIL!
