This company is an absolute scam operation. I’ve been in this industry a long time, and I have never seen a broker try to charge $1500 in late fees for a simple 2‑pick, 1‑drop load. Completely insane and nowhere near industry standards. They don’t answer phones, they don’t respond to emails, and they take 20 days to pay, after 30 days standard payment term. I could go into details of my saga trying to work with this company on delivering an item I purchased a month ago, but, after 5+ hours in the phone, I’m exhausted. DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
