As a military family, we have moved a total of 13 times, 2 if those were overseas. This is the absolute worst experience we have had. They repacked ALL of our totes and military gear, mixed pro gear items in with random things from our garage, lost pro gear, mislabeled almost every box, and are now demanding that we weigh every individual item of pro gear. Refuse to work with this company! Update: It’s moving season again. I entered my HHG shipment request and made sure to select: “Do you have a non-preferred TSP?” And entered National Forwarding Co. I encourage everyone to do the same. Update: It’s moving season. You have a choice in who your TSP and logistics companies are, and you should not work with this company.
