It’s been over 7 months since my HELOC was approved. Bank was insistent that THEY OVERNIGHT the checks to my creditors. One of my credit card companies never received payment. I have been going back and forth for 7 months now. One would think that the bank would just reissue the check, BUT NO….it appears to be falling back on me!!! I have spent countless hours on the phone with credit card company and the bank and NOTHING! Meanwhile I AM stuck with the bill while conveniently I am expected to pay BOTH! This place is a joke. Took months to get a HELOC, and they demanded they send payments to the places we were paying off. One of the creditors that was supposed to be paid off never received payment, and this has been in dispute since February. National Exchange has refused to do anything about this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM COMPANY.
