Sue was absolutely amazing! Super responsive and really was there to help. She was able to get me Grant money's which really sealed the deal! 10/10 service. I am so excited to have purchased my first home!
Over all I really enjoy this bank but when I go through the drive-through. I never get a hello or how are you today?? Even when I say it. Just thinking it is common courtesy to greet your customers. This seems to happen almost every time!
Sue Miller was wonderful to work with! We had a very quick closing and Sue worked so hard to get it done and meet the deadline. Sue is a true professional and I will definitely refer her to others!
Staff was very helpful, speedy, courteous and comunicative with myself and the Montello branch in calculating the required payment to payoff our loan early today.
