I bought 100 feet of pipe and drape. The drape was 4 inches short when I set it up. I looked a fool in front of the client! Michael, the sales person explained that the manufacturer make the mistake but didn't offer an apology or discount. He wouldn't exchange it for the proper drape either. I had to drive 2 hours to return it for a refund. Also, they only sell it it 5 foot sections so you need 3 for every 10 feet, they said that was normal, it's not.
