I am like the others her mentioned in a tight spot financially. I got numerous calls from a guy who threatened to have my car taken away by the courts. He is going to sue me! HA! He found out that I'm living in Thousand Oaks CA and why couldn't I pay me debts?I have an expensive home. ( Actually it's my dad who owns the home and he's not paying for my debts-he's 81!) i called trying to settle with them, min you im only 19 years old, and immediately the DIRECTOR starting yelling telling me to "shut the f*** up and listen!". Then proceeded to threaten me and this is all because they got my account info and charge $1,001 to my account that i didnt authorize. So when i called about that problem and giving a simple solution to this problem that is what I got in return. I guess lessoned learned on my part. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION JUST IGNORE THEIR CALLS! TALK DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK!!!
This "agency" is pathetic! They lie, impersonate, threaten, etc--not a shred of professionalism. Poor grammar and improper use of the English language is indicative of the nearly illiterate individuals that NES employs. I wonder how long it takes to teach an employee of that caliber to read their script(s)? Are the threats and insults "off the cuff", or are those scripted and rehearsed, as well? Record your initial conversation(s) with NES for future use, if necessary, and then--just ignore them!

We buy the casts offs for pennies on the $. to make a profit if you allow. You can fight us back through Section 813 of the FDCPA. You have rights we don't want you to know that, so we threaten you with stuff we can't really follow through on. So don't record your calls,please we love to harrass victims.
Received very harrassing phone calls from them. One after another and then threats. Being a business owner, I would never reccommend them. This is not how you collect money from people. The gentle understanding way always works best. I would never reccommend them to anyone for collecting..
