An associate was not only very polite while I was turning my rental back in, but alerted me as I hurried off the shuttle that I had left my phone in the car. I didn't catch his name, but I would highly, highly recommend this branch for things like that! Thank you!

We had a terrible experience using National in France. My husband is a National Emerald Club member and use them regularly for business travel in the US; however, after our most recent experience, we will be changing to another rental car company. While on vacation, I rented from CDG in Paris and dropped the car in Lyon. The car had tons of damage at time of pick-up, which was noted on the rental agreement before we left the lot. I have been an Emerald Club members for years. I booked a truck online and had a confirmation number. I caught an Uber to the Killeen Airport to pick it up. After waiting 30 min I was told they did not have a truck anywhere in the region. I had several hundred dollars in horse feed to pick up and had to take an Uber back home. National said they would fix it and they did nothing, not even a call back as promised. Why have a confirmation process if not honored. That cost me hundreds.
