Poor customer experience. I was told that I ordered the wrong item, was not getting the type of delivery I thought I would get and it took them weeks to work with the original company to simply schedule a delivery date. Comment back to owner comment: This is just un-true, Design within reach went to bat on my behalf to ensure delivery. Receptionist could care less about when your package is delivered and has a bad attitude. Never received a phone call the day prior as to when I would expect my delivery . Delivery was canceled because of an unexpected truck problem. Overall pretty frustrating and stressful delivery.
