Short and to the point, I tried to bring my bike back for service, he no longer carries that make. When I ask, if the bike brand was having service problems, he cared not to answer. He gave me a piece of paper with a phone number on it and said contact customer support. Customer support is halfway around the world.

I will only take my bike to Frank and National Ebike, he's the best! I was having to replace my whole braking system on an older 26" fat tire ebike so I bought a new one online and brought in for service. They installed the new brakes and even bled them again in a week. Not only that but replaced the brake lever with a better brake lever and gave me a huge discount for being a return customer.
