As others have noted, they provider poor services, overcharged based on the rates they provide in advance, and then hold the transcripts hostage. I wish I could give them less stars.

They are horrible. I reserved for a deposition in Texas. I am in Tennessee. While on the way to the airport, they called and told me a reporter could not appear in person. After a great deal of hassle, they provided a remote reporter. They then tried to charge me over $300.00 for the reporter’s remote attendance for their convenience. They then began sending a plethora of notices over the holidays stating that their fees were due, and if they were not paid, I would be subjected to late fees “and or” collection. Extremely overpriced and rude. $3000+ for a deposition. Definitely will not use again.

SHOCKED when a brief Zoom deposition and transcript resulted in almost a $1,000- bill due to such charges as $95- "laptop fee", $66.33 for "video pages", $.6.95 per page transcript fee for COPY, $295- minimum appearance fee and a $45- Fed Ex charge when transcript was not requested expedited. The company gave unsatisfactory explanation regarding these charges. Started receiving DAILY overdue notices literally the day after the invoice was received. Not sure how they stay in business.
