The well-trained, multidisciplinary NCADD staff pledges to carry this out by recognizing that the field of addiction research is ever changing. Our policy is to keep our activities up-to-date with current research and best practices.

The staff at AWRC are all highly qualified and take a lot of time to get to know each individual woman and her story so that they can best help them on their healing journey. The women are treated with dignity and respect. Since the programming is long-term I feel people going thru the program benefit more from the services offered such as DBT group and trauma counseling.
