I just read the review from ***** below, and I couldn't agree more. How are they even still in business, as they are the absolute worst! If it wasn't a co-op speciality bank, they would get wiped out by any competent competitor. I've been going through an attempted refinance since JANUARY! They tried to double bill me for the appraisal and when I call them on it, they demanded that I send them a copy of the cancelled check to prove my claim. What nerve!
