They offered us a good rate for our loan, but the lending officers and the overall online user experience with this bank are really not up to par. Loan officers repeatedly made errors during our refinance while the online payment system is so counterintuitive. I’m happy for our better interest rate but this institution gives me a headache every time I have to deal with it. Sigh
