These people are a bunch of liars. You pay them the full amount and they still won’t release a notarized copy. Don’t ever pay them everything because they drag their feet and they don’t want to help you if I would’ve known this sure wouldn’t have went and borrowed the money to pay the whole entire thing and when you call them, they lie and say oh it will be a couple days then you call back it will be a couple more days!!!

I been paying this company for almost 4 years now $50 a month. They have threatened my licenses and I’m a young mother of 3 and didn’t want any problems with my licenses. I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and I never got served papers dealing with the reck, but this company been getting $50 every 5th of each month stating if I don’t make the payments my licenses would be taken and I’ll be locked up until making a full payment. Kept calling me asking for a Charolett despite my numerous attempts to correct this information with them. Now my friend John is having the same issues where they won't even pick up the phone to work with him about removing his number from their database.

This company is acting as intermediary for a title company out of state and has held a deal where funds were wired for no cause fo over two weeks. Both lender and borrower have been kept in the dark. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. Complaints to the states attorney general are being written now. This deal was set to close 3/30/26. Today is 4/20/26. We were given clear to close almost two weeks ago and wires were sent by the lender.
