I picked my car on a personal trip ard 11 pm. The staff greated me very nicely and offered a very nice car with low mileage. Upon return,the staff asked me about the experience driving the car and spoke very professionally. Highly recommended.

Worst service ive ever had at national EVER. Im a very good client with them and never got treated that way. Ive asked what I thought was very polity if they could back date the car bar an hours or two to make a full day instead of a day and two hours. Its a general manager from montreal that explains me the process once and told me that it was possible to do so about 4h.
