Just rented over 4 days, great experience at the airport. I got upgraded at no extra cost when my reserved vehicle was not ready. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Staff were pleasant to deal with.
The car wasn't ready for me when I arrived, however staff solved the issue satisfactorily with no push back. Thank you!
Personnel were great to deal with on the phone and in person. Friendly and professional.
