Personnel were great to deal with on the phone and in person. Friendly and professional.
National Car Rental is absolutely terrible and I had a horrible experience with them. I rented a vehicle with them out of the Terrace/Kitimat airport and was issued an airport parking violation ticket. I know for fact that I did not commit this infraction because I was not at the airport the day the ticket was issued. All I did was drop off the vehicle in the designated return area the day after the ticket. First, National did not inform me of the ticket. I cannot thank the team at National Car Rental in Terrace, B.C., enough for their outstanding service.
