Good staff but cars air conditioning was sub par.The cars air-conditioning was working poorly. If I was staying locally I would have changed vehicles.
Didn’t have the car I had reserved, or anything comparable. My options were a minivan, a full size luxury SUV, or to wait for them to clean a compact economy car. No discount for not having what I reserved available, had to go through the enterprise desk at the Regina airport because nobody was working at the national car rental desk. The SUV did what I needed it to do, but cost me quite a bit more in fuel and parking due to its ridiculous size
Best costumer service around
Nobody working at the counter when arrived to get my rental. Had to be assisted by Enterprise rental. Line was 40 mins long, total time before I got my car was over 1 hour. First and last time renting here. Hertz right next to it was organized
