My new go-to rental company. Ive booked with a variety of rental companies but my experiences with National have been so easy, convenient, quick and absolutely hassle free.
Counter employee was very helpful and the rental vehicle was clean and in excellent shape. Enjoyed renting from them!!
Vehicles was well maintained and clean. Counter staff extremely efficient and friendly. This is why we always select National.
I rent cars weekly. I booked online and the only option was a mini van at the time. Hung checked me in and said I see you have a mini van is it just you? I said yes. Then he said don’t need a minivan? I said no. I’d prefer a car or compact suv. Then he said okay, come back at 9 pm we can exchange it for you. I went back and was told no vehicles were available, he said come back at 8 am for a compact suv as 95 vehicles were scheduled to be returned there will be something for me in the morning.
