Nobody working at the counter when arrived to get my rental. Had to be assisted by Enterprise rental. Line was 40 mins long, total time before I got my car was over 1 hour. First and last time renting here. Hertz right next to it was organized
After being stranded at Regina airport by Westjet, National rental agent was there to get me on my way at 1 am in the morning. When I arrived in Edmonton 8 1/2 hours later and stopped in at the closest rental location and the Edmonton agent was very helpful and took the time to get my rental back to it's intended location for me.
My new go-to rental company. Ive booked with a variety of rental companies but my experiences with National have been so easy, convenient, quick and absolutely hassle free.
