No Emerald Aisle or Exec Selection grab 'n go service here, but the staff is nice and they try to accommodate.
Fantastic service. Booked midsize, drove brand new Cadillac XTS. Staff is excellent. Won't ever rent from Sea-Tac again! :-)

You need to drive INTO the airport to find the signs as to where to return your rental. Do NOT use GPS! It will take you to the wrong adders!
Great selection of cars for Emerald Club members. Just rented a 2013 Ford Mustang!
Think about pre-paying for has to save you hassle when returning your rental.
