Understaffed and inefficient. Takes 20-30 min to return or pick up a car with everyone waiting in the same line and them forcing a long list of contract acceptances and upsells on you.
Had a very discomforting experience with National at the Atlanta Airport. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica at Disney Car Care in Orlando and travel north. In Atlanta, the parking brake stopped working and the car had to be towed. The road assistance was great and I was able to get to the airport with no issues. But that's when the nightmare started. They didn't have any large vehicle and after 3 hours waiting, I got a Jeep Compass with hope to get it replaced in the next day. It didn't happen and neither the website Chat or phon... read more
Would give this less than 1 star if possible. Took over an hour to get through the line to receive the keys to my car. There were only three people ahead of me with two people working the counter. Awful service, horrible attitudes, and no concern for the customers. Anyone reading this should pay for an uber/lyft to a different rental facility.
