Did not get the car I reserved. The car I did get had very dirty windows and windshield on the inside. Perhaps from previous vaping in the car, but the windows were not cleaned. I had to clean them due to the glare on the dirty windows, unable to see outside. As well, loud squealing noise in the rear brakes. I was in a funeral procession with this car and it was embarrassing.
I need some assistance with my car rental and Bill couldn’t have been more helpful! He took the time to understand my needs and came up with a great car for me. I always choose National for my car rentals and the reason is people like Bill! I highly recommend National.
Great experience
If you book through Chase, make certain the contract shows the return location properly. I wasted the entire last day of my vacation and had to change my flight reservations to fly out of a different airport. Furthermore, I called twice to attempt to resolve the matter. Neither call was returned.
