HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . Reservation for an SUV . Arrived to pick up @10am & Waited over an hour to be serviced . One very nice sales rep busting his ass to service customers, answer phone calls , wash and vacume cars, and accept returns… after an hour, it’s my turn and he shares there are No SUV’s available ! I rent here all the time. Never any problems. Andres (front counter) is great, and will take care of you every time. Be advised that this is a smaller location (compared to airports), so one would assume reservations are highly recommended - but they always do what they can to get you in a car quickly, even if that means trying to drive one in from another location. Randall Jean was an absolute lifesaver! We were in a panic and urgently needed to get back on the road after our first rental got a flat tire. Even though he was the only one working at the time, he handled everything so efficiently- it was impressive how quickly he managed to get us in and out, especially with other customers waiting.
