We rented a Ford Mustang from Monday, April 14, to Saturday, April 19. We went to the office to pick it up and were told the car wasn't there, as the one they had had a minor dent in the rear. They gave us another vehicle, and on Tuesday we had to return to pick it up, having to make another three-hour round-trip drive from our accommodation. Great verity of vehicles and an exceptional customer service by Andres Jirtian and his team, outstanding job guys, it’s always a pleasant experience!
One of the better car rental companies in USA. Excellent loyalty program with credit card determining your status. Auto upgrade when at high end of program. Service outside the USA is not as forthcoming, excessive insurance fees, even when the card I have auto decline it. Lower quality vehicle was offered in Abu Dhabi,UAE (oldest vehicle ever driven from rental companies)compared to what was approved on mobile app and show, there was not an upgrade for the executive status I have.
Boca Raton National location on 1st Ave is my favorite local location. Always friendly and professional with a nice selection of vehicles. Andres the manager is always great to me… THANKS!
