Fantastic experience renting a car through National at the Roanoke Airport. Super fast, super easy, and very friendly agents. Would highly recommend.
The National employee I dealt with at pickup at the Roanoke Airport just made me feel glad I rented from National.
Je’Vionte was very polite and made sure that we were well taken cared of. I highly recommend their car rentals because of the great customer service.
The vehicle I was provided was not clean and was in need of repairs. I have been a National customer for over 20 years. I am use to vehicles in near new condition. For example, this unit had the key fob taped together because it was ready to fall apart. The vehicle stereo CarPlay system kept failing, a software update was probably needed. This was not acceptable and was a bad representation of National, in my professional opinion.
