I am a loyal National Rental Car user and have status. At this location, I experienced car issues and no way to reach Roanoke Airport National desk. I was given a car that had major problem - on my way back to the airport, after less than 48 hours with the car, it broke down on the highway. I could not reach the front desk, so I had to speak to someone from corporate who was located in a different country and who was unfamiliar with the area, which put my safety at risk.
I always have a great rental experience with National!
