I come here every week to pick up a car for work. Everyone is very nice. However, supply is not only limited with variety but also quantity and personnel. Most of the time there is only one person to attend clients and lines can start to form. As I mentioned, I rent a car for business purposes, therefore my time is limited as I have meetings to attend. I came on May 6 to pick up my car at 9 am and it’s 9.36 am and not only is it not ready, but there are no other cars to give me. I will be late to meet with a client.
Quick and easy
If I had the option to provide zero stars believe me I would. Seems like none of the reps are knowledgeable of their guidelines or simply how to do their jobs. Rented a vehicle with having a credit card on FILE as I’ve rented 18+ cars in a year - Executive Elite status btw. I go pick up my rental and the person tells me the amount which was the amount agreed upon online, then she proceeds to swipe my card and state that I as well am being charged a $400 hold. Complacent and unhelpful staff. Choose another location if you have any questions or hope a National rep will take time from their personal convos to assist you with any Qs or concerns you may have.
