I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at the North Vancouver location. We stopped by on Saturday without a reservation, and the team went above and beyond to help us. Even though we were looking for a smaller car, they quickly found us a comfortable SUV. There were no hidden fees, and the staff were knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendly. Car was 60,000 km but drove just fine. Staff was helpful and competent. We were upgraded from a small sedan to a midsize SUV. Price was 1/3 vs the airport. Cab ride to the airport was easy with North Shore taxi and about $60.
The service was simply terrible. They wouldn't accept G2 driver's licenses
I read a review saying this car rental place is terrible and it was true. We are French on vacation and it's expensive and the staff aren't nice.
