National Car Rental's service is outstanding. I love being a member of the Emerald Club.
Recently I had an injury while on vacation. We had to cancel my flight and drive home. I booked a car with National and there was a problem with reservation when we went to pick up the car. They found a work-around and even gave me an upgrade. I have used National for the last four years on weekly trips. They have been excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I recently used National Car rental in Jacksonville, NC. When picking up my vehicle the folks at the counter friendly, courteous and professional. When returning the vehicle, I had a self inflicted situation that made my day go seriously sideways. The Office Manager Tara, was the most compassionate, understanding professional I have interacted with in years.
