Excellent location and wonderful staff! I reserved through National and was running late for pick up. Hannah and Ryan stayed after hours to ensure my reservation was processed and I had my car for the evening. They both truly went above and beyond. I would rent here again as you can be assured everything will go smoothly.
I’ve been regularly renting from downtown Ottawa location and Jonah with his team has been amazing. Great customer service, always clean, well maintained cars and fair prices. Never had any issues.
