It is one of the worst national locations. I booked a work rental. At time of return there was no one at the kiosk. They had left a note with a number to call, so I called the number and they asked me to handover the key to someone at the airport desk. I dropped off the keys before the deadline, but they still charged me for extra hours. I have never written a review in my life but had to for this. Genuinely the worst service I have ever encountered across any industry, period. I am Executive Elite status, had a reservation, and was told they did not have a car for me which left me stranded. I did not have a ride back to my hotel. No empathy was expressed whatsoever and the service agent was extremely rude. Thankfully, someone came and returned their rental early which I was told I could take that vehicle.
