Very unorganized. Lack of interest in providing customer service. Account NOT closed out so I had to go back to the airport to find out where my $400 deposit that I was told would be returned to my car immediately upon returning the car. It wasn’t. Arsian who handled “closing out” my account was very unprofessional, disinterested and lacked any idea of what customer service is about. I had an excellent experience at National Car Rental thanks to Roopak. He was incredibly positive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make everything smooth and stress-free, answering questions patiently and ensuring I had exactly what I needed. Great customer service like this really stands out. Pick up and drop-off were completely frictionless; we enjoyed our car very much; we were given a couple of hours grace in returning the car (when I phoned and asked, which was very generous of them); and the counter staff were a pleasure to deal with! We were all very, very happy!
