National Car Rental has a very bad customer service. Buy a coverage but when you encounter something, call them, chat with them few times, no solution being provided. Very bad.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a quick and easy process. I was given a Hyundai Tucson, and it was very clean, comfortable, and reliable. It was the perfect size!
The lot attendants were friendly and helpful. I had a somewhat complicated situation and it was resolved efficiently.
I'm hesitate to judge it too harshly, but I had a poor experience at this store last week, which is rather off-brand for National. I was traveling with a group of travelers from Chile last week, and we were looking to pick up their rental car a little early. First of all, upon arriving, there is nothing that indicates the National store shares the same building, people, etc., as the Enterprise store. It says national but it's actually enterprise and not provide any support with national eventhough they both are same.
