It’s a small rental center at a very small airport, but so far I’ve always been able to reserve the vehicle that I needed. Prices seem to be much more reasonable at this location. They only have one person and the walk to the vehicle lot is a few hundred yards but as long as you take video and photos for your protection, it’s an easy local rental location.
Manager refused to wait 10 minutes past closing for my flight to arrive. This location makes its own rules as corporate policy is to wait up to 2 hours after closing

when I arrived at the airport the vehicle i requested was not there. After contacting the local store they advised they could not find the keys to my rental and would bring it over shortly. After 15 mins they stated that the car was on the way but needed fuel first. Another 15 mins a smaller suv showed up and they said the original was returned with the airbag deployed and they had no full size suv availible. We were stuck packing all our stuff into a small suv. Completely horrible experience!
