Awful daytime management. if you ever need to talk to someone from national just call the corporate line or go at night. daytime staff here is rude and incompetent. They dont follow standard National rules & corporate policy.

We had a car with gps pre booked. We were given a car without, when we asked why we were told to use our phones and plug them in to the car. We explained we didn’t want to do that as we get roaming charges so were told to go and buy a Canadian SIM card. I didn’t accept this so we were given a Tomtom to use. The car was great and the girl checking out the car was very good but the guy in the office was totally uninterested. Won’t book with them again.
