I had a great experience with National Car Rental at Toronto Pearson International Airport, thanks to Chantel, the manager. When the maintenance light came on in my original rental, I returned it to the location for assistance. Despite being completely sold out that weekend, Chantel went above and beyond to find a replacement vehicle that comfortably accommodated my large party and all of our luggage. Avoid if you are using an employee alumni program like Microsoft's. The staff do not understand the word "alumni" and that you won't have a badge or similar ID as active employees. Got held up for over an hour by combative staff, including a manager who went out back and pretended to call his boss for 5 minutes (my wife observed he wasn't actually doing anything on his phone) as a way to save face.
Had an excellent experience renting from this National Car Rental outlet. The staff were fast, efficient, I got a car in no time, the car was great, and the drop off was super easy and smooth. I really appreciate the kind and helpful staff, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and think that this has been terrific value! Thank you National Car Rental!
I booked a full sized SUV from Toronto Pearson Airport for 11 days. The vehicle I was given was a Chevrolet Tahoe 8 seater which I was extremely happy with. The car was clean and the staff were very friendly. Absolutely zero issues using National (this was my first time using National after years of using one of their competitors). Highly recommended and I will definitely use National again. Thank you for everything National team 😃
