This place is AWFUL to deal with. Here's my story: Rented a car 6/2/25 and returned it to the airport on 6/5/25 before they opened. When I returned home, realized I accidentally dropped my personal key instead of the rental key in their dropbox. I immediately began calling (they are almost impossible to get on the phone). They finally got back to me on 6/10/25 and gave me return instructions/mailing address. I sent the key back priority. They received the key 6/17/25. Clean vehicles and friendly staff
I’ve rented from National at ATW many times and have always found the team to be friendly, customer-oriented, as well as flexible in finding the best vehicle for the situation. They usually have a pretty good selection for a small airport too. 10/10.
