I always have an outstanding experience at the National Car Rental location at the Appleton Airport (ATW), and I absolutely have to recognize three phenomenal team members who always make may visits exceptional. Very easy online rental reservations, the teams at two separate locations helped me through two separate tire issues on a very nice Tahoe which led to a complete swap of the original vehicle at MSP so I could make it safely back to ATW.
Although it’s different than other national rental branches where you go directly to your car and drive off, the young lady (Ashlee) at the counter was very helpful and very professional. The return experience was also slightly different but again the customer service was also excellent. I will always choose National over any other rental companies because of the perks they offer.
They were quick and personable. Good cars good people.
