Very friendly and helpful staff
The leasing agent was so patient and kind. Wonderful vehicle and service.
Great pick up point in downtown Calgary. Great car - speedy friendly service
I always prefer this location. Easy to commute here by transit and after hours car drop service is available.
All I wanted to do was update my corporate credit card for my Emerald App. Called customer service which seemed helpful and said I need to visit a branch to update information I go to Calgary Downtown branch and they can not help, say I need to call customer service but most frustrating is the manager could care less. Rent about 30 cars with National / Enterprise per year and this is the service you get.
