The personnel at the Central Wisconsin Airport are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to arrive there knowing we will be warmly greeted. Our rental car was clean and filled with gas. Everything operated with no mechanical issues our entire trip. The car was new and a pleasure to drive. Returning the vehicle went smoothly and quickly. We will use National for all our rentals in the future.
The thing that impresses me the most about national car rental is the consistency of outstanding customer service, regardless of the national location day of the week and time of the day. They are always very courteous and helpful even at 5:00AM. This kind of service is rare these days!
