We had an issue with a recurring problem on a car that had been rented in Sydney. We were told everything would be OK when we were in Sydney even though we asked to swap vehicles (which, as it turned out, was not OK). Stopped in to National in Rockhampton QLD on our way north and Pam handled everything very professionally. She offered us a car to swap into immediately, or if we chose to stay in the same vehicle, she would expedite the repairs to it (which she did). We were fixed and on the road in less than an hour.
