The car was nice, but response overall was slow to non-existent, especially once we had to submit an incident report when a rock hit the windshield and cracked it.
Worst National I have ever rented from. Truly horrible service. Lengthy wait with zero recognition of the inconvenience this represented. No clue how they hired the person who served us. Turns out this is a franchise...probably explains why this is not even close to the experience you normally get.
