Turned in rental during early hours of the morning and couldn't receive a receipt for turn in, but later I received an email with only one month of my two month rental. Sent a customer Service request and wasn't responded to, I need the entire bill so I can justify the bill, the two month expense on the credit card. Still waiting for a response, I would try calling but I have returned to the USA
The rental car was horrible. It shook, it had a ridiculously touchy gas and brake making passengers and driver alike uncomfortable
Booked a car two months in advance. These idiots call me me three weeks before I'm due to pick up the car to tell me that it's not available. Very poor customer service.
Fantastic service, big call out to Kimberley on the desk. Easy, quick, good cars - will definitely use again next trip
