Not a bad experience, in person the people/staff were very nice and accommodating, but the website was a bit misleading with prices in USD not AUD, and I was unable to call anyone in person to clarify a couple of points i had, no matter which number I rang on the website. I suspect the car I ended up with eventually charged at AUD could have been a bit better had I shopped around at that price point.
