One of the worst car rentals I've ever dealt with, please avoid at all costs. Staff are not polite.
This happened earlier in the year. I received a call from national rental that my car is no longer rentable and they don't have a back up less than 20 hours before my arrival and I was stuck at Launceston when I arrived. There were no compensations made. Crazy to think that it has been a few months since, and have gone on 2 more local and international trips. I have never encountered how badly a business would conduct themselves. Absolutely disgraceful.
Very happy with vehicle and staff at Launceston Airport I give him 10/10
Check in was super friendly and so quick. Car was nice and neat and perfect for what I needed.
