these guys bent over backwards to give me a good experience. They were awesome.
Rental process was smooth and simple all around. Went directly to the counter while family waited for baggage to arrive. Got our keys and some good local suggestions from the National team. Fast and ready to go by the time family obtained our bags! Short walk outside with bags and we were off! Return was simple and smooth. Fuel refill in Hayden was less per gallon than over in Steamboat Springs and only 2 miles from return center. Outstanding service from Luis. It was hectic and chaotic at the airport. 40 minutes wait to pick up my car. Even then, it wasn't ready due to heavy volume of customers. Luis was working as fast as possible while maintaining an excellent professional demeanor. Tough position he was put in. Regardless, very kind and apologetic throughout our encounter. We made reservation drove an hour there waited in line. They wouldn’t give us a car because it was the same day reservation.
