Loyal to this rental agency due to their excellent service across their airport locations. They get you on your way quickly and with a smile.

National rental counter was shut down at YHM (Hamilton, Ontario) airport at 6 am. Doesn't open until 1 pm. Phone number for assistance is not answered. Great vehicle in the end but a mess to get it picked up. Staff member that did assist us in the afternoon was friendly and efficient.
