I frequently rent from the location at the Lancaster airport. The staff there is the BEST!

I wish I could rate this place a zero. I am normally very reasonable in my ratings, but I don't have a good experience using National Car Rental at Lancaster Airport. The lady at the front desk handed over a car with a flat tire, and even after I highlighted that, says, "No, it's not a flat tire; you can fill up the air, or I can. I will put on the contract that you don't have to come back with a full tank of gas". Well, guess what, it had a flat tire, and I could not attend the meeting. I had to be 6 hours away.
