Great experience here. Arrived late and other agencies either were closed or long lines. Arshpartap Randhawa had me sign a few things handed over the keys and myself and family were on our way in minutes. Car was better grade than expected, clean and ran great. Drop off was super convenient. Just left keys off with staff and went to flight. No inspection, no nickel and diming for milage, no extra fees, no BS! Just the original quoted price charged to card. Was disappointed with the customer service. It seems CSR didn't like working there. No smile even rude. I have been an executive national member for the last several years but I haven't seen this kind of service across North America
