The pickup process was flawless. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and offered us water. The car was great and return was super easy. The guy that we returned the car to was also super friendly. You guys are superstars!
As I entered the airport from the plane, I was able to stop and register for my pick up and get my keys promptly and a suitable car was ready for me as I reserved it ahead of time.
$371.77for Tuesday night 7pm to Thursday 9:30am is ridiculous! My starter went in my car and needed to be replaced. I needed to drive 25 miles home.
Always a great experience with them. Had to extend my rental, and was not charged extra. Greatly appreciated.
