This was the best rental experience I have ever had. (I believe it was Aaron who helped us.) We were given an upgrade because our initial rental for a standard SUV was not available, and they didn't want to make us wait. Our upgraded vehicle smelled of smoke (and other stuff) and had cigarette burns in the upholstery. They were very apologetic and understanding. Friendly fast service
Fair price for the rental. Free 2nd driver for spouse. Very friendly and efficient agent at the service counter and return person. Brand new rental vehicle!
