Arrived at 7:30am on a Tuesday, walked right to the rental lot and was directed by a very helpful staff member. good vehicle selection and very clean interior. Minor wait in the rental car at check out booth but was made better with the same staff member providing complimentary water. Thanks Luca (staff member) for making the rental experience more enjoyable!

My experience has been bad. I'm coming from out of state/province and needed to speak with an agent at this location. I have called at least 8 times, on different day and time but no one picks up, left voice message and still no call back. Hmm, lets see what happens when I go pick up my rental.
This was the worst experience we have ever had with a National car rental in the U.S. or Canada. For starters, there was no-one at the desk due to - I think - a staff shortage. OK...so we just went to the car area as we've done many times to get the car class we ordered. There were so few cars with the exception of Executive Class and hardly anyone around to ask questions. I had a horrible horrible pickup experience and even worse chat with customer service over the phone. I booked the car through South Terminal store at Vancouver airport. On the website, it shows that this location is closed at 3:30pm but available for after hour pick up or return. But when I got there, there was no one at the counter and only a notice showing to go back to the Main terminal after hours where I have just came from.
