Big thank you to George at National Car Rental. He really took care of me and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. There was an issue at the end where a pending charge showed up on my card even though I booked with points, and he resolved it right away. Pickup and return were both quick and seamless I was in and out in under 10 minutes each time. Thanks again!
Very disappointing experience at National Rent A Car – Sunny Isles Beach. There were long lines, very slow service, and no option to pick or choose the car that was selected in the reservation. What you get is what they give you, with no flexibility. The office felt understaffed and poorly organized. If they cannot handle the volume of customers or respect basic reservation options, this location should honestly be closed or seriously improved. I would not recommend this office and will avoid it in the future.
