Simply amazing service.
I needed a car rental while my car was in the shop for repairs . I called National and spoke with Chris he said no problem we have a car for you the same day I called . I arrived at 1100am at 1110 am I was driving away in a very clean rental car . The process couldn’t have been any easier . If I ever need a car rental again or my friends or family do, National car rental will be our only call . Thanks again National car rental.
Great customer service, my vehicle of choice rented
Does not adhere to National Car rental reservations booked online. Limited 200kms per day instead of unlimited mileage despite online reservation including unlimited. Since this location is a smaller independent franchise, they should not enable customers to book online instead bookings should only be done by phone to avoid any confusion.
