Had good service there. Unlike the Enterprise on Pitt St, they don't upsell you without explaining CLEARLY that you probably don't need the extras and don't try to make you feel like a moron for saying no.
I had a great experience at National this week! I originally went to enterprise on Monday and it was chaos! We arrived at 9am for our car pickup time and they had zero cars available even though I had booked in advance. There was a massive wait list and no one was getting cars. The staff were all over the place and not helpful or nice. After this experience we called National Car Rental and they were able to get us a car immediately, the guy working there was so nice and helpful!
