After waiting 45+ minutes with a confirmed reservation, there were literally no cars available on site. Instead, dozens of customers (at least 50 people) were told to stand around while vehicles were being “relocated” from another location — with no ETA and no accountability. This is not a delay, this is a complete operational failure. It is almost 10:30pm, people are exhausted, and families are stranded. I tried renting a car with winter tires on the Web in advance of my trip. Instead of getting a confirmation, i got an email saying my rental was on hold and that someone would call me to confirm because of the winter tires. After a week without getting a call or an email, I called them. They told me they couldn't confirm if i would get a car yet because the trip was still 3 weeks away, but no worries the car is reserved.
