Poor customer service.
I really prefer National over the other car rental companies. Have used them for years for their convenience, courtesy, and consistently good vehicles.
From start to finish, my experience with National Car Rental was outstanding. The customer service was excellent every step of the way. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, which made the entire rental experience even more enjoyable. The pickup process was quick, efficient, and seamless.
