Very fast and efficient customer service with pick-up / drop-off at Swartz Bay. The staff was very professional and kind. We were more than happy with the car and would definitely recommend this car rental.

National Rental in Sidney, Vancouver Island was amazing. I reserved my car at the Airport… not knowing this was available and much closer to the Ferry . Kavin took such good care of us. Picked us up at the Ferry Terminal. Transferred our reservation and even lent me a USB-C cable, needed for CarPlay Paperwork was painless and fast and the price was great. A+ service by Kavin.
This was my first time renting a car and National car rental made this experience so easy for our trip. Good price, clean vehicle and friendly staff. The Sidney location even offered us a ride to the ferry terminal! Will definitely rent from here again.
