Francis was very helpful and accommodating, and we liked the car we rented. But please please hire another person to help him! He really needs more support.
Great price and service. As I had a foot injury, I appreciated Francis giving me a ride to my home 5 blocks from the drop off in Sidney. This was my second rental with National at the Victoria airport and will definitely use them again. (There is least one car rental company at Victoria airport that I will never use again as they tried to scam me on car damage! Renter beware!)
Very friendly staff and efficient service. They even took us to the ferry so we didn't have to get the bus with all of our bags. Thank you!!
Rented a 5 Ton truck. Francis was amazing and flexible even if I arrived early the truck was ready to go.
Francis is great! Picked us up and drop us off at the ferry. Although he is a one man show, everything was done so efficiently!
