Michael is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short distance from the ferry terminal. It made our trip so much easier!

Service was excellent. They are very thorough. The Filipinos that assisted me when I picked up and dropped off the car were extremely helpful

We received great customer service at this location. Car pick up was great and the attendant (Michael I believe) even pointed out a couple I've items I missed on the inspection. On return the rep was kind enough to drop us off at the ferry terminal as he wasn't servicing customers during our drop off. Super pleasent gentleman that went above and beyond. Definitely the spot I would rent from on my next trip to Victoria!

I've rented several times and get a good quality, clean and comfortable Hyundai Kona. I book several months in advance and they always have the most competitive rate at the time. Easy to get to from the Swartz bay ferry by bus or taxi (I do the 35min walk if it's not raining). The staff are very friendly, always helpful. Michael went above and beyond to get my mobile phone holder back when I forgot to remove it.
